Step 1: Input your information
Upload courses, student requests, workload, rooms, personal placements and any other relevant information into the course manager.
Step 2: Build Scheduler (fully automated)
Our software will use the intelligence and wisdom of the program to build the best possible schedule according to the data that was entered.
Step 3: Student Conflicts
After the master schedule has been built, often a few student course conflicts will remain. The scheduler program will show you the conflict subjects as well as the possible solutions.
Step 4: Exports
The schedules can now be printed with a superintendent’s report, which contains all the relevant information on one excel file and makes it easy to have the schedule verified and signed off.
